We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2023 will be accepted until 13th January 2024.

We hope you’ll be delighted with your purchase from Dusk & Dawn.  However, you can always return anything within 14 days of receipt as long as we receive it unwashed, unworn, where applicable with the original tags attached and it also must be in its original packaging.

Please allow plenty of time for your goods to be received by us.  We will always make allowances for disruption due to postal services.  However, should you think your return could be late for any reason, please Contact us.

Returns Form

Simply print and fill in the returns form above, indicating whether you would like a refund or wish to exchange your garment. We recommend that items are returned using a insured delivery service such as Royal Mail Signed For, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that fail to reach us.

Please also include your original receipt along with a brief note on the returns form stating the reason for return. We try to handle returns as quickly as possible, however during busy periods; this may take up to 14 days to be processed.  We will email you when your parcel has been processed.

If you are unable to print the form, include a note in with the item when you return it stating your order number, name, reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange.

Gift wrapped returns

Please note that gift wrapping charges are not eligible for refund.

Refunds are always credited to the original card used for payment.  We cannot under any circumstances refund postage costs.

Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Faulty garments

Unfortunately manufacturing faults do occasionally occur.  Should you believe an item to be faulty, please Contact us so we can organise a replacement as soon as possible.  If you are returning a faulty garment, please indicate the nature and location of the fault.  We will then forward a pre-paid label for its return. On receipt of the returned item, a replacement will be sent to you with our sincere apologies.
